Divers Lodge Plumeria Cancel Policy and Hotel Regulations.
Please read this when you stay at the hotel.

Cancel Policy is as follows.

*Does not including for arrival day.
*Cancellation fees will be calculated from the total amount reserved.
*Travelers who cancel 72 hours or more before 6:00 PM on the check-in are changed no fee.
*Peak seasons are as follows.
Apr.17 to 20(Holy Week),May.1 to 7(GW),Aug.10 to 15(Obon),Oct.31 to Nov.2(Halloween,All Saints Day,All Souls Day),Dec.24 to Jan.5(Christmas and New year holidays)
*Please note that if even one day falls during peak season, it will be treated as peak season.

All guests during their stay at DIVER’S LODGE PLUMERIA are subject to the Policies and Rules AND have to enforce them.
 

  • DIVERS’ LODGE PLUMERIA reserves the right to refuse admission. 
  • The Hotel Facilities are exclusive to guests. Visitors are not allowed to use the facilities without the prior authorization of the hotel management. 
  • It is not allowed to take out from the hotel the room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels).  
  • Our rooms are NON-SMOKING. ICOS allowed only in veranda/balcony, unless there’s no complain from neighboring rooms. Smoking cigarette is permitted outside the room beside the reception. A ₱5000 special Cleaning fee will be charged if we find signs of smoking cigarette in the room.
  • Silence: all guests are advised to observe tolerable level of noise in order not to disturb other guests especially after 10pm.  
  • The keys must be returned at CHECK-OUT. In case of loss key, the guests will pay to replace the key set ₱5000.  
  • Guests are responsible for leaving all areas of the hotel in good condition, and will pay for any damages or theft of state property when staying in the Divers lodge plumeria.  
  • It is not allowed to take explosive, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals in to the hotel.  
  • Gambling or any other behavior that is against public morals in the hallways or guest rooms is prohibited. 
  • Disturbing other Guests is not allowed. Hotel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests or on other way disrespects House Rules.
  • Day use of pool starting 8am-5pm.
  • We assume that the Guests are familiarized and fully understand the Hotel Rules at the beginning of their stay in our Hotel.
  • For any damage caused by the Guest to the hotel property, the Guest is due to cover the cost of damage to the Hotel. 
  • Guests are expected to lock their rooms properly to prevent access of third parties. Upon leaving their rooms guests must close and lock the doors, windows. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage. 


 If you have any suggestion on hotel service or if you have any technical problem in your room, please be free to inform us at your earliest convenience. In case of late notice for any complaints that you might have, when hotel has no chance to react, those situations will not be considered as a reason for accommodation rate discount. We wish you a pleasant stay! 

 

 

NOTICE
Please do not leave any valuable things in the room. Management is not responsible for any loss or damage.  Valuable things can be deposit in the safety box.
